How do I order coasters with custom printing?

Step 1: Choose ‘Custom design’. This will send you to the order page.

Step 2: Choose a round or square beermat.

Step 3: Indicate whether you wish the beermat printed on one or both sides.

Step 4: Choose the desired quantity.

Step 5: Upload the image(s) and/or text for printing. You can also send this to us later.

Step 6: Fill in your information and your preferred payment method on the payment page. You can also order on account

Beermats with custom printing

You can supply the design for your coasters in 3 ways.

Download a template and make your own design

With the template, you have the exact model and size of the round or square beer coaster.
Use this template in your design program.
Once the design is ready, upload it to us, or send it as an e-mail attachment (10Mb maximum).
You will find our templates under ‘Downloads’.

If you want each side of the coaster printed with a different design, you will have to send 2 designs.
When designing, please take the artwork guidelines into account.

Free design service

If desired, we will take care of the design of your beer coaster free of charge.
You send us an image, photograph and/or text, and indicate how you would like the coaster to look.
We then send you a PDF file of the beer coaster design. If you wish to implement any changes, you can then let us know.
After this, we will send you the definitive design.
If you still wish to implement more changes after this, it is of course possible. However, you will be charged for additional changes.

Editor

Do you already have an idea ready, but you're not a designer? That's no problem with our editor! If you choose the editor within the ordering process, you can use the design program to design your beermats yourself, entirely according to your wishes. Upload your own photos or images, place texts or use our available decorations. After your design is ready, you can download it for yourself and then complete your ordering process. By using the editor, you agree to the design that you have made yourself and will therefor no longer receive an Online-Proof from us. This means we can get to work for you straight away!

Change or cancel order

Have you placed an order only to find out you wish to alter the printing, wish to order something else, or want to add something? In most cases, this is not a problem.

Beer coasters with custom printing

Of course we can change or cancel the order if the beer coasters have not yet been printed.
In case of cancellation after a proof has been made, an amount of €45,- (excl. VAT) will be charged. Call our customer services directly or send a message (within opening hours) using the contact form.

For beermats with a custom printing, you will find the next shipping date in the top right corner of the home page. Our prices include shipping within the UK. For shipping outside the UK please contact our customer service.

Returns – right of withdrawal

Did you not order the right product, or are you dissatisfied?
It’s no problem to return your order, except for beer mats with your own printing.

You have a cooling-down period of 14 days starting on the day of product receipt, during which time you can return the product without giving a reason .
The product can only be returned if it is unused, and, if possible, in its original packaging. The cost of returning the product is for your own account.
We will credit the sum in question within 14 days. Additionally, you can also make use of the model form (see the final part of our Terms and Conditions).

Return business orders

There are different terms and conditions for business orders. The Dutch Remote Buying Act (Wet kopen op afstand) does not apply to companies.

Complaints

We understand it is frustrating if our service has given you cause to complain. We kindly ask you to pass on your complaint to us by phone, e-mail or regular mail.
Our employees will do everything they can to solve your complaint to your satisfaction. After receiving your complaint, you will receive a confirmation.
We will answer your complaint within a few days of receiving it. Should it require more time, we will alert you of this.

We will only use your information to make sure your orders happen as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Dingsbeermats will not sell your personal information to third parties and will only make this available to third parties who are involved in carrying out your order.
